When I saw this house, I knew we’d found a something with great potential. It was perfect for a family, with four bedrooms, a big yard and a location right next to two of the best schools in Boulder, not to mention its great views of the Flatirons.

But the house had never been updated. It needed key features like an entry door from the garage into the house, a finished laundry room and a new deck in the back. By focusing on a design that was both contemporary and livable, opening up the kitchen to give it a spacious feel and using clean, modern lines throughout, we created a space that buyers responded to immediately.
