From Manhattan to Phoenix, from South Florida to Denver and Boulder–Greg has finished more than 80 homes in a wide range of markets across the country, everything from townhomes to luxury beachfront properties. In each case, Greg has aimed to strike the perfect balance between form and function, elegance and comfort. The look of a space as well as its livability, along with the way people use it to create personal connection, all factor prominently into Greg’s approach.

After a 30 year career in dentistry, Jeff brings a life-long passion for modern design and architecture to Hansen Homes. Working on both the administrative and the design sides of the business, his keen eye for detail enhances Hansen Homes project outcomes at every stage of the process. “Working at Hansen Homes has given me an opportunity to combine my years of business experience with creative expression. A childhood obsession with Legos grew into an adult interest in real estate development for Jeff, who graduated with a major in Housing and Real Estate Development. After working in real estate, he spent another 15 years trading commodities, leading to a Masters in Global Energy Management. His knowhow in both these arenas has made him a valuable manager for the Hansen team. “I gain tremendous satisfaction from overseeing projects to produce a product that meets the high expectations of Hansen Homes and its customers.”
Jerri Huggins brings over three decades of accounting and financial administration expertise to the Hansen Homes team. Her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, compounded with an extensive history of executive accounting experience, ensures Hansen Homes and its investors have clean, accurate and timely data. Jerri is another example of Hansen Home’s continuing quest for world-class excellence.
