When we found it, 445 Pine Street was a quaint but inviting home in Boulder’s historic and happening Mapleton Hill neighborhood. It had some beautiful features, but it was cramped, a little eccentric and somewhat outdated.

We worked closely with the city of Boulder to keep our remodel aligned with the home’s past while also tripling its square footage and adding high-demand features like a spacious master of bath, a family room, a finished basement and an open kitchen. In the end, the house displayed all the charm of a bygone era while providing all the creature comforts of a modern luxury home.
